1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Franz Trattler GmbH and consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB)) that are concluded via the website. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to either their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Purchase, Contracting Party, Customer Service
By confirming and submitting your order, you are making an offer.
The purchase contract is concluded with Franz Trattler GmbH. You can find more information about us in the Legal Notice. 3. Conclusion of the Contract
By clicking the “Order” button, you are placing a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.

If you select the prepayment option, we will provide you with our bank account information in the order confirmation and ship the goods after we receive payment.

5. Shipping
Once you have placed your order and payment has been processed, items are typically delivered within Germany and Austria within 2–3 business days. Delivery to the rest of Europe takes approximately 10–12 business days.
Delivery is handled by Deutsche Post AG or, for Austria, by the Austrian postal service.
6. Set-off
You are entitled to set-off only if your counterclaims have been legally established by a court, are undisputed, or have been acknowledged by us in writing.
7. Right of Retention
You may exercise a right of retention only to the extent that the claims arise from the same contractual relationship.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
9. Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing a reason (e.g., by letter, fax, or email) or—if the goods are delivered to you before the deadline expires—by returning the goods. The period begins upon receipt of this notice, but not before the goods are received by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) nor before we have fulfilled our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the EGBGB, as well as our obligations pursuant to § 312g, paragraph 1, sentence 1 of the BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 of the EGBGB. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal or the goods in a timely manner. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than thirty days from the date on which we received notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
